During an arraignment in Latah County Court on Monday, an Idaho judge entered not guilty pleas on behalf of Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of murdering four University of Idaho students last fall.

Judge John Judge carefully reviewed Kohberger’s rights and the charges outlined in the indictment, including multiple counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary, KETV ABC7 reported.

Kohberger acknowledged his understanding of the charges by responding with a firm “Yes” to each one. However, when asked for his plea, Kohberger remained silent.
