Judge orders psych evaluation for accused UC Davis serial stabber

A California judge ordered a psychiatric assessment on Monday for Carlos Reales Dominguez, the 21-year-old suspect in the UC Davis stabbings. Reales Dominguez, a former UC Davis student, attempted to speak several times throughout the hearing and eventually declared that he did not want his publicly-appointed lawyer. Reales Dominguez has pled not guilty to two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.
