Ukraine troops seek to 'trap Russians in Bakhmut'

Ukraine's defense minister says the country's forces are still advancing on the northern and southern flanks of Bakhmut, in an effort to encircle the Russian troops who say they captured the city over the weekend. The developments give both sides reason to claim momentum has shifted in their favor. Matthew Larotonda reports.
