Huge thanks to Randy from @AutoUp_ for swapping in my new motor! I had him do all the seals, clutch, oil pan, intercooler and all that. We couldn't figure out a good way to splice the stock harness to make it work with the ECU. Best way to do it is to just get a pre made wiring harness but since we are this deep into it I might as well just go full standalone ECU and upgrade to E85 and a whole new fuel system.
