What Happens After 728 Days of NoFap? This is a question that i answer in this video. I explained the full experience, benefits, downsides, and more all in one video, based off of my own personal Journey.

I know there’s a lot of people out there who struggle with lust. Masturbation, porn addictions, lustful thoughts , etc. it doesn’t make it any better that the things you see on social media, the music you listen to, and the overall degenerative society we live fuels the fire even more.

I decided to help change the narrative with my personal story of my experience being on 728 days of NoFap. Basically I didn’t have sex, watch porn or masturbate for almost 2 years straight. There were a lot of benefits I received on my journey.

It wasn’t easy though. The devil had me by my throat with lust since I was 13 years old. It took discipline, prayer, faith, and the mindset of wanting to improve myself and most importantly save my soul from eternal suffering.

Hopefully after watching and hearing my story your minds will open up to the possibility of bettering your lives, on every aspect of the human sector; physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
