The accused at the Kyneton Magistrates Court within the State of Victoria on the 20 April 2023 did exercise Federal Jurisdiction with a personal interest (her salary) with a knowledge that "The Crown" and "The Monarch" had been unlawfully removed on the 1 January 2004 by the Criminal Enactment of the Act Titled,
"Acts Amendment and Repeal Courts and Legal Practice Act".

Count 2
The accused at the Kyneton Magistrates Court within the State of Victoria on the 20 April 2023 did with intent conceal the criminal removal of "The Crown" and "The Monarch" inclusive of teh substitution of the "Oath of Allegiance" evidenced in the Act titled. "Acts Amendment and Repeal Courts and Legal Practice Act" enacted 1 January 2004
