Folks are taking basic obedience classes 5-6 classes where dogs learn basic commands, maybe they go to an advanced class and do another 5-6, they get their piece of paper and then are surprised when their dog does something it wasn't supposed to do, something simple or something more extreme, what where you expecting and why did you think your dog was even close to trained for the real world.
