20-Minute No Repeats Workout with One Dumbbell | 9.19.2022
This 20-minute workout consists of 13 movements at 60 seconds each that do not repeat. I am using a single 10 lb dumbbell and a yoga mat today. Shoes are optional and this workout is perfect for small spaces such as an apartment or a hotel room as there are no impactful movements prescribed.
