Delicious Pear Pastry Dessert

I am so glad you came along with me today as we took a culinary adventure with me! I have been wanting to make a Pear Tourtiere for awhile now, but when I came across an extra package of Phyllo Dough, I knew I needed to mesh together recipe ideas and come up with something of my own. I am pleased to announce that it was super tasty, and the family ate every drop at dessert time this night! It is better when fresh and hot, as the crust will turn more soggy if it sits a few days.
