What are the biggest benefits to using liquid shock over something like lifting straps is the fact that when you use liquid chalk, you're still training your bodies, grip strength which will lead to stronger forearms later on. This is super important. Because if you're doing any type of lifting you want to have strong forearms because it'll often be the weakest link in your training. This liquid grip is very solid, because it allows you to get chalk in your hands without making any mess
