You’re not just a 3D human body.
You are multidimensional.

However when you are out of your body in spiritual realms, you are leaving your body open, vacant and ripe for possession.

The same with your mind.
When you are not grounded in your body and using your critical thinking skills, you can become programmed by external forces and eventually plugged in to the hive mind.

How do you safeguard against that?
Quite simply by connecting to your Soul and to the Divine and by embodying your Soul Consciousness.
