How to Make Mango Ice Cream in Factory || Dil_seart

Ingredients:

2 cups mango pulp, fresh or canned
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the mango pulp, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the sugar has dissolved.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.

Gradually add the milk to the mango mixture, stirring constantly.

Fold in the whipped cream into the mango mixture until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a container or an ice cream machine and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Once the ice cream has set, scoop it out into containers and store in the freezer.

Serve the mango ice cream cold and enjoy!
