Ninth Circuit: Arizonans Should Be Told When Their Voter Registrations Are Cancelled

On May 16, an Ninth Circuit panel heard an appeal from a preliminary injunction enjoining provisions of Arizona Senate Bill 1260 pertaining to voting.
There are believed to be voters in Arizona who were cancelled without notice, thereby disenfranchising them.
