Should You Mow Clover? #shorts

The question, Should You Mow Clover" comes up often. Some say you should mow clover several times per summer. Or mow it when it goes to flower.
The research shows that clover has the same nutrient content as long as it isnt frozen or dried out. I advocate mowing only when the weeds are in flower so they dont go to seed.
So, I got out my Brix Meter and tested some Red Clover I have growing in my yard with poor soil, no inputs and hasn't been mowed this year.
The Brix Meter shows the sugar content is decent and the mineral content is good. The Brix could be a little higher but its not bad.
Once this clover goes to flower I will test it, then mow it, then test it again and record the results. I will report back to my subs to see what the results are so stay tuned.
