Winston is a reliable, willing, and wonderful 6 yr. old gelding. He is striking with his black and white coloring and kind eyes. He stands at a nice height of 14.2 hands.
Winston is first of all, very quiet. He is adored by my 2 yr. old son who loves laying his head on Winston’s face and trying to cuddle with him.:) He is great in the barn with EXCELLENT manners. He loves attention and will be your best friend. Winston stands ground tied to groom, tack, bathe, and trailer loads, clips, etc.
He lays down on command, side passes to the mounting block when asked as well as has hip/shoulder control and a great stop. He is used to being ridden in an arena, open fields, and all over the farm. He is traffic safe and ok with dogs, kids, bikes, and all the noisy things that go on around a farm. Not much fazes this gentle boy and he has a quiet confidence about him we all love.
Trails are definitely his thing!! He strides out and will lead or follow and is literally perfect out alone or with groups. My 13 yr. old nephew loves taking him out. Winston also is great on our obstacle course, going over teeter totters, tarps, all that fun stuff. :)
He is safe, and would make a great youth mount or family horse.
Winston had his vaccines,a negative Coggins, had his teeth done, and is clean legged with no scars. A PPE is available at your expense.
