Drive By with Michelle - Spiritual Energy Transfer

When dealing with narcissistic abusers, we learn that they feed on emotional supply. They do prefer negative emotional supply and they like to project their negative emotions onto others. We are in a spiritual battle for the mind and part of the fight is understanding that emotions are spiritual energy in motion. Once we realize that they feed on our emotions, we stop giving them the supply they expect because we adhere to Matthew 7:6. And we learn that our emotions do not control us, we control them. Our empathy is the spiritual energy conduit these evildoers use to project their negativity onto others in an attempt to trick others into internalizing the enemy's negative garbage.
