Laying T-Bar Rows - The Flexing Academy
Keys to preforming exercise CORRECTLY:
1. Load up the bar with an appropriate weight - not too heavy, but not too light either.
2. Stand facing the bar with your feet shoulder-width apart, and bend your knees slightly.
3. Grasp the bar with both hands, with your palms facing down.
4. Lean forward, keeping your back straight, until your upper body is at a 45-degree angle to the ground.
5. Pull the bar towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades down and together as you do so.
6. Lower the bar back down slowly and controlled.
7. Repeat for reps.
Remember, proper form is key to getting the most out of this exercise. Keep your back straight and your core tight, and focus on squeezing your back muscles as you pull the bar towards your chest. Don't forget to subscribe to my channel for more fitness content!
