Russia's Wagner group claims it has control of Bakhmut

Russia's Wagner mercenary group claims to have taken control of Bakhmut, Ukraine. Footage shows Wagner members raising the Russian flag as leader Yevgeny Prigozhin declares the city captured, but Ukrainian President Zelensky maintains that Bakhmut is still under Ukraine's control.
