How do Carbon, Water and Air store Energy, Matter and Information?

Water and Air are both polarised molecules and can store and transmit information. Carbon has it’s own inherent polarity and ability to store energy, matter and information. Carbon/charcoal is of particular interest to me as it has many fascinating applications in electronics, soil regeneration and human health. This video explores some of its more universal properties.
