Our first impression was this kayak is comfortable and feels like you are sitting in a lazy boy recliner in your living room (all day comfort). The kayak paddles phenomenal in the high seated position. It tracks straight and is easy to get speed with minimal effort. The initial stability is ok but the second stability (aggressive tri-hull design) is insane and lead to me feeling very confident in moving around on the deck. Feel this kayak will be a decent competitor with the popular Wilderness Systems ATAK. I really liked the removable center sonar pod and even think it might work for a DIY trolling motor setup! The kayak we paddled was still a prototype and had a lot of 3D printed parts as well as was molded from a composite prototyping mold. The production version will be more refined due to aluminum mold being used and production molded hardware. No doubts it will be even better yet! We can't wait to see these on the water more. UPDATE: the finished production model is available and incredibly well made and looks beautiful.
