I'm trying very hard to get you quality content with footage that best shows the products being tested. I feel a drone is an essential piece of equipment to getting a wider perspective of the paddle crafts moving across the water. Basically showing the paddle crafts in the context of their larger environment (waves, nature, etc). I put a lot of flight time on this drone and even took it on trips to California visiting family in the mountains. I flew multiple passes in the mountains to familiarize myself with the controls and safety features. The drone has actually been very reliable. I checked the propellers twice while running through my flight plan prior to take-off. Not sure what caused the propeller to come off but it did. I'm just happy my wife wasn't hit by it. I take this sort of thing very serious. I humbled myself heavily in making this video. I hate asking for help. I like to do it all on my own. However, this sets me way back. I not only lost my only drone, but my only GoPro now. I put all my money into "buying" paddle crafts so I can share them with you in a non-bias manner. I don't have the money to buy new video equipment. I'm even picking up extra shifts at my side job (RN at hospital) to make this work. I do this because I love it and I love the community of kayakers I engage with regularly. Just need your help.

If all of you would use the link above for everyday Amazon purchases it would greatly help me fundraising the needed equipment to properly film these kayaks. I'm now looking into a drone which can take off from water. Would love to share a review of it with you. I will find a way to repay the favor...promise.

Thanks,
Justin aka KayakDIY
