The H2-Pro-Ped is a removable track mounted pedal drive system. The kayaks it fits currently are the Frontier & Pursuit by Nucanoe. Although Nucanoe rep says they plan for it to fit future models including possibly the Flint. The H2 ProPed is a twin bladed prop design. The feel of the unit was smooth and quite. The pedal drive looks to be very well made and durable. It was comfortable to pedal as long as you get your seat position figured out. I initially was sitting too far back and pedaling was choppy in appearance. Once I moved seat forward I was able to pedal with ease and performance was impressive. This is the most quiet drive system I have tested on a kayak. This drive will likely be available late this year/early next year.
