Beijing has accused the Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg of 'making baseless accusations and smear attacks on China'.

"He is advocating the so-called China threat theory, which China firmly opposes and strongly condemns," a spokesperson of China's foreign ministry said on Thursday.
