Do YOU have iron knees? This challenge is definitely one for the knees. You should be able to squat like this if you have full knee range of motion! You also need the following to complete the challenge:
• good balance
• hip flexion range of motion
• ankle dorsiflexion range of motion
• toe extension range of motion
• core and leg strength

Obviously that’s not all that’s at work here, but those are the highlights. Let’s see how well oiled your knees are!
