This new oil disaster in Saudi Arabia creates massive problems as Saudi Arabia is a top-3 global oil producer. With Houthi rebels and/or Iran attacking the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's largest plant, oil production is down 50% in the country affecting 5% of the world's oil production. Increased conflicts in the Strait of Hormuz will dramatically increase problems in the oil market leading potentially to greater inflation, less consumer spending, less discretionary income, and problems in stocks, real estate, bonds, and impacts to gold, silver, and Bitcoin. Watch to see what gets destroyed with high oil prices and what does well.
