My Video Journal through Sound Healing therapy: Day 24

I'm video documenting a 6 week journey through sound and the awakening process. Today I working on building a relationship with a Tibetan bowl that was given to me as a gift a few years back. I dreamt about the bowl all night long even after I woke up briefly to a lightening storm. The dream is positive and with warning, so I discuss the importance of dialing in my emotional eating for the whole world to see.
