Why Are Car Insurance Costs Rising?

Car insurance premiums are expected to rise by 8.4 percent this year, the biggest surge in 6 years. The average cost of car insurance is now 168 dollars a month, with rates up across the country. NTD spoke to Lauren Fix, an automotive expert at Car Coach Reports about why the costs are so high.
