My soul aching for adventure brings me to Marianna, FL for the first ever RockADock hosted by Trip Smith YouTube Channel. It is there I meet up with 130 other adventure seekers and paddle enthusiasts. Each day we independently chose a new waterway to paddle and sought out unique and exhilarating adventures. I dove into caves, caught a variety of animals, cooked up critters for meals, met new friends, and experienced a life I began to miss. This trip was about finding myself and the adventure enthusiast I felt slipping away. After leaving Marianna I felt re-energized and ready to hunt down my next great adventure. I have since come home, listed some things for sale, and plan to focus on training & acquiring skills to make my dreams of an adventure filled life come true. I refuse to clock in and out of everyday as a slave to mediocracy. I want to become better and experience new and exciting things. That is the life I want for myself and my family. RockADock helped teach me that.
