Recovery efforts underway after devastating floods in Italy

Cleanup and recovery efforts are underway after flooding in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region. Around 15,000 people have been displaced and the death toll in the region rose to 14 due to the severe floods and ongoing inclement weather.
