Modern engineers try design for #IdiotProof their design. But the universe always comes up with a better idiot. The Engineers who built modern Lebanon did not worry about fools; rather than “fool-proofing” their #design, they built FOR #failure.
Just like #FormDefinesFunction, a structure’s ultimate failure determines design.
