How to make lazy cooking 6 x 5mins in the microwave while you eat fresh food at all times
Blessing. Please be respectful on my channel. Every word should be treated with Holy and Humble with respect.
Cook with me: Instructions
Fresh rice and peas aka waakye under 6 x 5mins set all prepared in the microwave.
Stew
1. Chop your onions, garlic and ginger or any meat of your choice and put them into one bowl.
2. Add salt/pepper or any seasoning of your choice to your vegetables/meat with olive oil
3. Add tomatoes sauce and stir
3. Put it in the microwave and cook it for 5mins
4. Remove it from the microwave and stir.
5. Place it back in the microwave and add about 3-5mins depending of the size of your stew and you are all set for the stew
Then
Rice/peas or Kidney beans mixed
1. Any amount peas/kidney beans and rise with water
2. Add water and stir
3. Cook it in the microwave for 5mins
4. Take it out of the microwave add water and stir
5. Put it back in th microwave for 5mins and repeat step 3 and 4 again x 3
6. Take it out from the microwave
7. Add your washed rice into the cook peas or Kidney beans plus salt, water and stir
8. Put it in the microwave back and for 5mins
9. Remove it from the microwave and stir
10. Put it back into the microwave for about 3-5mins depending on the rice/peas or kidney beans size bowl and you are all set to serve.
Ps: Add extra heat if needed.
Side Dish
Vegetables
1. Chop your vegetables then rise them into one bowl.
2. Add salt/pepper or any seasoning of your choice to your vegetables with a touch of olive oil
3. Put it in the microwave and cook it for 5mins
4. Remove it from the microwave and stir.
5. Place it back in the microwave and add about 3-5mins depending of the size of your vegetable and you are all set to serve to serve Jollof rice and Vegetables.
Or
Salad
1. Chop your Lettuces
2. Add tomates, green peppers, onions, cucumber and fruit of your choice
3. Mix them together and you are all set to serve it with the jollof rice
Ps: You can make your own Salad of your choice with dressing if you like
