In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question about "life is but a dream." Hot seater wants clarity on a dream that she had that was unsettling for her to discern the whole of her feelings while in this dream. Abraham explains with ease, that there are dream episodes sometimes that can be tricky to identify from out of body experiences in the sense that they come so close in experience to one another. Abraham goes in to clarify that we can also see this current experience as a dream. Now with all that said and done, we can use our dreams as a compass of sorts. For example, if you are having trouble coming to a decision of some sorts, before you go to bed, ask you inner being to guide your dreams to give you the answer that you are so looking forward to receiving. That's one way of doing it. The other way is to enjoy our dreams by asking the universe to give us happy exciting dreams, ones that we don't want to wake up from.
