Complete Show Recorded April 29th, 1970
Original comment: It can't be stated enough just how significant and important THIS show is. Not only is the quality excellent, but it is the ONLY time we're hearing the original, uncut, full-length version of "Warning" (ten minutes of which was cut by the producer on the debut album). The Dumfries show version is good, but muddled and shorter. This one, however, is outstanding and, except for some fan chatter during the acoustic section, has material that never appeared on any studio album, some of which the band will play throughout the '70s in various forms (including the chilling, elegiac section that was later paired up with "Orchid"). Hopefully, at some point, Ozzy and Tony will see fit to release the demo version of the self-entitled debut album, where the uncut versions of "Behind the Wall of Sleep" and "Wicked World" also got their start, along with other early demos, like "When I Came Down" and "Song for Jim."
