National Desk highlights 22 failing Chicago schools to highlight nationwide literacy crisis

The National Desk cited Wirepoints’ data in its report of how the nation’s largest school system, New York City Schools, is changing its reading curriculum. That comes after Chancellor David Banks said they’ve been teaching reading wrong for 20 years.
