SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Firefighters from the Sacramento Fire Department swiftly responded to reports of a commercial vehicle fire on Friday morning in the Johnston Business Park, located in the Expo Area near Highway 160.

At approximately 9 a.m., crews arrived at the scene in the 300 block of Commerce Circle to find a transient recreational vehicle (RV) fully engulfed in flames, with the fire spreading to the surrounding vegetation.

Taking immediate action, the firefighters worked diligently to extinguish the blaze. To gain better access, they utilized a circular saw to cut into the sides of the motorhome.

The Sacramento Fire Department dispatched an investigator to the site to determine the cause and origin of the fire. At present, no official information regarding the cause has been released.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. However, the fire required the presence of fire crews for approximately an hour and a half, affecting the availability of those emergency response resources in the area.

Authorities have not disclosed any details regarding the owner of the RV. Further updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.

Residents and businesses in the area are advised to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities or potential fire hazards to the local authorities.
