There are very few regular stage 2 pokemon that can beat rule box meta decks and silver tempest delphox, while not top tier by any means, at least does have what it takes to put some serious pressure on them and even win if things go your way. This is the result of two cheap and strong attacks, an absolute necessity for any regular pokemon to succeed since they can never take any hit with thier very low HP.
