A conversation about courtesy versus respect

Recorded 6/7/2020 - Chris and Mark have a conversation about courtesy versus respect. Courtesy and respect are markedly different concepts, but it seems that people/society as a whole have intertwined/conflated the two, creating some social effects/issues.
