246 km/h (154 mph) Police pursuit (cars + helicopter) of Kawasaki ZX-10R with passenger in Sweden. Police camercar is a Saab 9-5 Aero Sedan top speed 250 km/h (GPS).

-A pursuit of a supersport motorbike without license plate was initiated

-Initially for lack of license plate, speeding (70 km/h on a 50 km/h road) and runnig a red light

-Assistance of numerous marked and unmarked units (5-10) incl. a helicopter. Car that filmed was an unmarked Saab 9-5 Aero Sedan, top speed 250 km/h.

-Went out of hand with a pursuit where no one gave up, including the Police helicopter (this writers opinion)

-Motorcycle drove into a barricade of the temporarly closed tunnel

-Motorcycle driver deceased and the passenger was physically unharmed

-Video from the Police helicopter was not enabled nor found

-An example of when a Police pursuit went totally out of hand and where lives where
lost and no one was sentenced in court

-The Parliamentary Ombudsmen (JO) (appointed by the Swedish parliament to ensure
that public authorities and their staff comply with the laws) critizised the chase for
being too long in proportion to the crimes that where committed

-However the Parliamentary Ombudsmen understood that it was difficult for the Police
to do a correct decision at the time during the chase.
