Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken in BBQ Sauce Recipe

2 lbs boneless, skinless, chicken thighs
2 onions chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 6oz can tomato paste
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Celtic Sea Salt
Black Pepper

Sprinkle chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Mix barbecue sauce, tomato paste, honey, and oregano in a medium bowl.
Place onions in a 4 quart slow cooker
Place chicken on top on onions.
Place garlic on top of chicken.
Place sauce mixture over chicken.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
