How to Cook Chinese Style Chicken in a Dutch Oven Recipe

1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3lbs) cut into 8 pieces
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cp white vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Place chicken, soy sauce, white vinegar, and garlic in Dutch Oven and cover.
Simmer for 1 hour with flipping chicken every 15 minutes or so.
Make sure chicken is cooked.
Remove chicken to a serving platter.
Remove 1/4 cup of the pan juices from the Dutch Oven and pour into a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and add the cornstarch, mix until thickened. 2 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Serve over white rice with broccoli.
