Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes Recipe

3-4 lbs beef roast
10oz cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
5 Russet potatoes, cubed
5 carrots, sliced

Rinse beef and dry with paper towel.
Place beef in a 7 quart slow cooker.
Pour mushroom soup over top of beef.
Pour water into slow cooker.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over mushroom soup.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Add potatoes and carrots after 4 hours.
Cook on low for another 4 hours.
