Century War Mod Mission 6~Operation Nautilus 2-2, Ruins of Melan

With the lines on the Northern Section of Melan being smashed, the American forces entered the city, where heavy Urban Warfare would occur. Having to reduce the entire city into a wasteland from heavy artillery bombardments including Air Bombings that were conducted by American XB-9's in the sky, the American forces were able to overrun over 78 percent of the city in the initial fighting, however British Reinforcements would soon arrive unexpectedly slowing down the American's progress within the city ruins, and forcing the Americans to divert their planes into attacking the British forces outside of Melan, thus giving the American troops limited support within the ruins of Melan. As fighting of the city intensified, the Germans to the North continued their assault on Mon, the fate of the entire Frontier Engagement rests on both of these cities, if even one of them falls it would spell disaster for Britain and France, and would lead to the total collapse of the entire Frontier Defense that France had established to block both the American and Germans since the Invasion began on both August 3rd, and August 4th, 1914.
