How to Cook Ramen Noodle Cheeseburger Casserole Recipe

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
3 packages of Ramen noodles
2 cups of beef broth
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 cups Cheddeer cheese shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large skillet cook onions and beef until beef is brown, drain.
Return skillet to stove and pour beef broth and let it come to a boil.
Add Ramen noodles, cook for 3 minues.
Stir in ketchup and mustard.
Coat a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
Pour into baking dish and place in oven for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
