Skyrim SE Ultra Modded Custom Edition, NPCs Can't See Me, but a Crazy Lady Can

This is like my Skyrim + edition. It is simply skyrim how it should be, nothing super crazy or otherworldly, simply just skyrim enhanced. I tried to keep it as vanilla as possible and explore a bit around the riften area.
Grass mod: folkvanger, trees are happy little trees with hd retextures
Bushes/Plants: Shrubs redone AIO 2k, and various Cathedral 3d mountain flowers.
The mountains are darker Majestic mountains.
ENB: Rudy enb for cathedral weathers
Rudy enb seems like the most skyrim like enb without a lot of craziness.
Even with npc ignore me, this crazy lady still see's me, spooky
