Hey Beau,
I found a smoking deal on a single family home in North Carolina. I can purchase the property at about $200k. It needs $25k in work. The ARV is around $325k. I can get the work done in two weeks. Most of the DSCR lenders require 6 months of seasoning.
Are there any solutions to the seasoning requirements? I would be getting a fix and flip loan for the purchase and rehab.
