Lets Give Bolton A Say On Their Future

If elected Mayor of Greater Manchester in 2024, I will give the people of Bolton a say on if they wish to remain in Greater Manchester or return to Lancashire.
Greater Manchester was 'made up' in 1974 - it had never existed up to this point. No one was ever asked their opinion, it was forced upon the people.
If the Mayor is to have any legitimacy then a democratic box needs to be ticked by the people.
