VI Delegate Plaskett: The House Weaponization Committee’s purpose is to test GOP conspiracies

In an interview with Anderson Cooper on Thursday, Virgin Islands Delegate Stacey Plaskett said the House Select Committee on the Weaponization of Federal Government was put together by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to “test case” Republican conspiracy theories. Rep. Plaskett said investigations orchestrated by the Committee, citing the Twitter Files and the FBI “supposed” whistleblowers, are concerted efforts to undermine Americans’ confidence in the rule of law.
