Bernard Kolélas & other co-conspirators accused Of Trying To Overthrow Marien Ngouabi’s Government

The government of Captain Marien Nguoabi arrested 30 men and seized a large quantity of weapons. Ngouabi, Chairman of the National Council of the Revolution addressed a crowd gathered in the stadium and told them that while he was not accusing any nation of complicity in the coup, the arms came from a neighbouring country across the Congo River.
