Turkish President Erdogan says he’s confident ahead of momentous runoff election

In an interview with CNN on Friday, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he was confident voters would invest in a “strong Turkish democracy” as the country heads back to the polls for a runoff election. Erdogan is the longest-serving leader of Turkey, having ruled as President since 2003.
