So How Do We Get Out of This Loop? Well, According to The Same Psychologists and Therapists, The Key Is to Become More Enlightened and Conscious of Our Thoughts. When We Are More Aware of Our Thoughts, We Can Start to Control Them and Not Let Them Run Wild.

We Can Also Start to Speak Less and Listen More. We Can Move Away from Unconscious Thinking to Conscious Thinking, And Eventually to Meditation - Which Means to Be Still and Listen.
